Can everyone access the service via radio link?
it is necessary that the area is covered by the service.
Our wireless service uses radio technology to provide your internet connection; for operation it is therefore necessary to install an external antenna.
Wireless technology requires so-called “optical visibility”, meaning that there are no obstacles (trees, buildings, etc.) between the client antenna and the one transmitting the signal.
Call us to find out if you can request the service or if we can offer you a service with other technologies.
The online check allows you to ensure that the area is covered by our repeaters, but is not able to detect the possible presence of obstacles.
To activate the service, the intervention of one of our technicians is always necessary. In the event that the installation is not successful (“technical knockout”), the sum paid in advance will be refunded.
For the technician’s intervention it is essential:
1. that the installer has access to the roof (it is essential that passage through hatches, terraces, etc. is available) and that any necessary keys are available;
2. that any communications or permissions to be requested from the administrator/condominium/neighbors are managed in advance.
Can I subscribe to any of the services on the site?
Of course, if you are a private individual (you only have a tax code, you don’t have a VAT number) you can freely choose any service from the offer.
If you live in a condominium, do you know that there is an antenna right?
In the event that the condominium owner/administrator does not provide permission to install the antenna, we remind you that this is, however, the citizen’s right: both the law and jurisprudence express themselves in this sense (Article 21 of the Italian constitution) .

What does the installation of the radio link service involve?
For the system to function, the installation of an external antenna will be necessary.
Our technicians will carry out the intervention at your address and it is essential that they can access the roof or the place where it will be possible to position the antenna (TV antenna pole, bracket on the wall, balcony, etc.).
Remember to have the keys available to access the roof, if necessary, and to request any permits from the condominium administrator in advance.

What is the internet service via radio link?
it is an ultra-broadband internet connectivity service that does not require a telephone line but uses the most advanced wireless technologies and offers fast and reliable connections.
We use 100% infrastructures that allow you to have full control over performance as well as extremely short times for upgrades or for resolving any faults.
How does the radio link service work?
The network is made up of radio repeaters (BTS) which spread the signal across the territory.
Activating the service is simple: one of our technicians will place an antenna at your home.
The antenna, directed towards the nearest repeater, will then be connected with an Ethernet cable directly to your PC or router.
For the installation to be successful, there must be no obstacles, such as trees or buildings, between your antenna and the repeater.
